anyway, these 2 days have been kind of full of vjc stuff? hehe.
yup, as in my previous post, i went for matriculation yesterday (:
It was qutie cool, though i was quite late but still made it in time X)
yup, so basically there were students from st nics, anglican, cedar, duman, i think hwa chong, chung cheng, victoria school, and one pathetic student from zhonghua(me). hehe, ya so pathetic la, like i'm the only lonely zhss student there.
anyway, my class has 24 students (: its 09v12, and there will be 6 scholars from india and china coming in, so its like 1/4 of my class are foreign scholars. yupyup. So basically after the principal's talk, then we proceeded to the classrooms for interaction, writing of particulars and ice-breakers! hehe, yeah. my class has like 10 guys? and out the 10 guys, 8 are from vs == so its like super weird. hehe, anyway, just by looking at my seniors, in 08v12 and at my class, wow, its like they have learnt so much and changed so much by this programme!! hehe, i cant wait to go fully experience the programme too! (; yay
yup, so after that went to buy uniform and PE outfits, and by the way, every friday is tie-day! so on fridays have to wear tie during assembly. hehe. yup, and its quite weird, cause guys are supposed to pin their college pin on their left collar, while girls pin it on their right collar. hehe, and on tie-day, everyone pins it on their tie! haha XD
Well, then today was the VIP symposium, and i think George Abraham's talk on "The rise of India", was quite cool, plus the talk about the IP2 students trip to Dubai was cool too (: hehe, anyway, the books that i have to buy are kind of thick(according to the other non-vs guy in my class who bought in already), haha, and on top of that i have to purchase "bridging curriculum" books. yup, so its most likely going to be a busy holiday for me! hehe, cant wait for school at vjc to start on the 12th of jan! As school for jc starts 2 weeks later than normal schools(: yup
