haha, havent updated.lazy bum..
anyway, completed my homework already just lazy to change. anyway this are the sights and sounds that i took note of in Japan.
-People are very orderly there.(e.g. they would queue up just to use the escalator or to enter a building)
-People are very particular about the way they look(e.g. majority of the women put on make-up. even young teenagers)
. people dress well too.
- Everyone is generally short. (sinks, beds, ceilings all ver short)
- people are very polite(maybe because of their culture)
. at a department stall, the sales lady bowed to us at 90 degrees and said "Thank You Very Much" in japanese when we purchased something from her shop.
- There are many vending machines all over Tokyo, selling a lot of things(e.g. drinks, cigarettes, tickets to purchase food)
- There are very few dustbins around( always have to hold rubbish in your hands for a long period of time)
- The train systems are quite complicated, but after a while, it is quite easy.
- The Japanese always finish everything they order.(not even a grain of rice)
- You have to walk a lot as some train stations are very big.( my legs felt more pain in Tokyo than in Hongkong)
-Japanese people speak very little english, so it is quite hard to converse with them.(sometimes you even have to use some sign language)
-There are very few Singaporeans as most of them join tour groups.(probably because of the language barrier, kiasu that they will get lost)
- There are 127million people living in Japan.
- Japanese school girls tend to have very short skirts and high socks.(For their uniform)
- Men are quite metrosexual there.(they carry a lot of girl bags there.)
haha. that's all bye!
